Well, here it is... hopefully an overall improvement. We really tried to focus on ease of use and clarity rather than on any new feature or application. Some notable changes include:
ICF Talk- Ask the Pros is back to being an open forum. Decision was tough.
ICF Monitor- Take some time to read what this is about and look for it in the 9/15 issue of PBF.
ICF News- We've rolled this into the Monitor and will be accessible only to subscribers. In return, the News will be much more timely and detailed.
I believe that's about it for the major stuff. As always your feedback is appreciated.

Rick,
This looks great! Much easier to navigate. I must say I understand the decision to open uo the "Ask The Pros" was difficult. Politically correct? perhaps, but at least it allows other professionals (J. Harber comes to mind, HVAC systems)to post credible answers. Those of us with limited experience (myself) will just have to try & police ourselves to avoid posting inaccurate info. All in all, it looks great. Good Job.

Rick,
I haven't visited the ICFweb for a spell, it looks like many of the changes are quite similar to the changes being made on SIPweb.
I'm not quite sure why the decision for Ask the Pros to be an open forum was a tough one ? You do need to have a forum where the general public can access some free info from industry professionals. Mr. Stacey is correct in stating that the industry professionals need to be careful and diligently work to be correct in their responses.
The decision I think should have been difficult should have been to make SIP and ICF News available only to subscribers. I always felt that beyond the forums it gave everyone access to solid news and articles. Good for the professionals to be able to monitor what's happening around the industry and good for the general public to get them excited through current news and articles of the industry.
I do see the reason you went the direction you did which I believe was to "force" people to subscribe to the Monitor, but I believe that for the most part it will only be a handful of industry professionals and I almost believe it will turn out to be defeating.
There may be a bigger monetory opportunity in the way you do have it set up. The general public could access a specific article for a fee ????????????????
I'd be interested to know the stats on subscribers.
