What is the most accurate pricing formula to use. Square foot price or linear foot price.I would like to market the ICF concept to builders for their wall needs and want to know what works best for their needs.

For starters, how about your cost for material, labor and overhead plus a fair profit margin...say 15%? depending on what you are selling....

I am considering to have ICF house built. What would be the cost estimate for a 5000 sqft home, 75ft X 80ft two story with 10ft ceilings both floors?
Which is better the flat or grid forms? Plastic or metal ties?
Do you know anybody in Arkansas whom you would recommend to bid on a job?

P.S. Not ignoring your questions re: what is better, flat or grid forms. I would just suggest that the emphasis should be on the company that installs your product. Any icf will give you the quality home you want. A good intaller will make sure its built right, and will be able to install ANY icf. Just remember, ask for references, and ask to view past installations if possible. Good Luck
