I am a little supprised no one has mentioned the big boulder vrs. the icf home. Theres a great photo of it in the monitor. I know that all boulders will come to a stop on there own. Question is just how fast was the rock travling at the point of impact? It seems that some research is in order. How many times will this happen again? Dose this prove the strenght of icf's? Or was it just where the rock came to rest? Anyway I am very impressed, but not supprised. Can I use this photo for sales? Or dose someone own the rights? Oh and as for what to do with that 271 ton rock incorpatate it into the structure. Don't fight Mother Nature!

I thought the picture was interesting myself, only I didn't think it proved how strong ICF's and SIP's were. The article minimizes the damage and from the picture it appears to me that one whole wing was taken out.I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder.

Had you had read the whole article i Personally think that the meaning was the Boulder landed at the edge of the owners bed( where he was sleeping) ..had he built with stick..he'd been dead...
