I understand this a bit off the subject of ICFs but it seems to me that people who use the forum use different methods then "frame" construction.
I'm trying to get an opinion on steel trusses for my floor. I've heard a few different stories such a creeking in a steel truss systems. I'm assuming this is due to temperature changes in the steel.
Any comments or experiences are much appreciated.

Try www.arit.com/speedfloor to solve that problem.

Hi Badchad: I'm presently putting in a concrete floor over steel trusses and have done this type of construction for a number of years with no problems. Steel trusses with wood floor decks can creep a little if you don't put rubber between them and the floor. For the most part I like steel trusses.
