Twas the night before Christmas, In our ICF House
Not a creature could penetrate the structure, Not even a mouse.
The stockings where hung,
By the Polaris, high efficient hydronic heating boiler with care
In hopes that St. Nicholas soon would be there.

The children were nestled, all snug in their beds
While the HRV freshened the air for their heads.
Not wearing a kerchief, Not wearing a cap.
Cause the radiant heated floor, kept us warm for our nap.

Then out on the lawn there arose a 53 decibel clatter.
But we stayed asleep in our beds, it did not matter.
At the C-5, reinforced, hurricane window, a burglar flew like a flash
And tore at the shutters and hammered the sash

He pounded and hammered in the new fallen snow
Using sticks and rocks from the objects below,
But off in the distance a small light did appear
It was help from the Mafia, and a track hoe from john deer.

With a little old godfather, so lively and quick
The burglar knew in a moment, he was a lock pick.
More rapid than gunfire, his mobsters they came
And he whistled and shouted, and called them by name.

“Now Mario and Georgio, pull out the big tools”.
“The chain saws, the wrecking bars and hurry you fools,”
From the top of the porch to the top of the wall
They hammered and bashed with a big wreaking ball.

During this time, the milk and cookies they sought
Stayed right on the table, beside the blue cot.
So up to the house top the mobsters, they flew
With a jackhammer, quick cut and a bulldozer too.

They hammered and slammed against the ICF roof
They soon learned that this building was burglar proof.
It was shortly thereafter that Santa Claus came
And the mobsters all hid in our barn from the shame.

So Santa landed on the roof and realized in vain.
That the energy efficiency of the building left no opening to gain.
He looked at the vent, for the small water heater
And checked on the side, and then saw the meter

It spun very slow, and Santa realized his fate
For the stat was pre-set, for off hour rates
He was a very obese, a big tub a lard
And set off the proximity sensor in the yard

The police they all came, dressed in blue but not tights
And arrested Santa, then read him his rights.
They confiscated, the toys on his back
Because he looked like a robber who filled his big pack

His description was simple, and he wasn’t too merry
His cheeks were like roses, his nose like a cherry
The drool from his mouth was a warning sigh too
So the police made him breath in a box that was blue

The end of a tube that they put to his lip
Showed a 14.2 proving Santa was ripped
He was chubby and plump and covered with mud
But the boys in the jail would still think him a stud.

Meanwhile back at the ranch, in the ICF home
I slept soundly and quietly, not hearing the moan
As the robbers and thieves all housed in the barn
Saw the tornado approaching from the next farm

My trees where uprooted, my front porch blew away
There where sticks and stones flying, it was awful they say.
The whole town was leveled, not a survivor that night
But in the ICF house, things where alright.

The next morning we woke, and looked at the scene
Thankful to our contractor who was part of the team
That hired the company keeping us from this mess
That built our house out of I.C.F.

Merry Christmas to all, and to all a good night.

Eldon:

Unfortunatly, Prior to Christmas I did not see my wife and daughter for 2 months as I was away, and now, I am off to Florida, into new orleans for WOC, then up to Misouri, and hopefully Oklahoma, to see tim, prior to heading to Nevada for the Reward Conference (which I am very much so looking forward to attending). Then I will be back in Ohio for a couple of days, prior to coming up to see you in Michigan. Home, now appears to be a hotel room or one of our representatives home. I look forward to the days I can spend with my family, and miss them very much. However, I do have a love for the industry and what we do, and dont like to disapoint anyone, however I feel the day is coming in which I will, and a sad day that will be for me.

I look forward to seeing you again Eldon, have a good night.
