What is recommended for waterproofing ICF walls? Weather right now is 15°F. Would like a product with some kind of elastomeric or Bentonite that can seal itself when minor cracks occur.

Emma:
We use Elastoseal 2000 which is a very resiliant membrane, in combination with the primer, it works very well in situations such as this. Key thing is to keep the rolls warm, precut them inside, and them affix them prior to freezing to the outside of the wall in the winter time. It works. However a much simpler method is to use system platon or a certified dimple membrane, which is rigid plastic and affixed with screws or clips which eliminates the concern for weather altogether.

Emma:
We use system platon that Mark Ross mentioned. Check out the post in ICF accessories.
