the wife and i are planning on building a icf single story (8 corner) with a full walk out basement about 2000 sq ft in 2010 near port orchard washington on our sloped property(hardpan and sandy loam) the funds for this project have already been secured so there is no bank or mortgage issues to contend with we have a rough drawing of what we want on graph paper subject to a few changes but need the drawing converted to a code acceptable/proper set of blueprints that will be approved by kitsap county we also may need a icf sub with good references to do the footings/walls/basement slab if the price is reflective of this current economy as i am getting fatter and lazier with age and this seems like a good time to get decent work for a non bubble price if you are interested please e-mail me at (edit : i just read the tou and see e-mails are not proper) and lets see where it goes thank you in advance keith
