I am an architect of a small residential design company and have worked in the design and construction field for over 20 years.

I have designed a product that can be used to help place horizontal and bent vertical reinforcing steel (#4 and #5 rebar)in footings at any spacing and is adjustable from 8"x16" to 12"x24" in one inch increments. It can save hundreds of dollars to about a thousand dollars on each job depending on the size of the job and will work well with the SIP and ICF industry or any residential/light commercial market, any footing withing these sizes using #4 or #5 rebar. The key is that it is adjustable. One size fits all.

I'm looking for a manufacturer that would like to develop, manufacture and market this new product. The product could be made of the same or similar material that the plastic ICF webs are made of. My love is residential architecture and so I wish to take a back seat in the process. If you know of any company that would be interested in such a product I would appreciate hearing about them of feel free to pass this on to them and they may contact me.

Thank you, Sincerely,

Scott T. Holbrook
