My family (three teenage boys and wife) and I are building a cabin (small house) in the spectacular Colorado Rockies located at 10,300 feet.  Plans are approved, excavation starts next week. We are loooking for an experienced carpenter with SIP knowledge to help us out for eight to ten weeks this summer late June through  August, possibly into September. We offer a competitive wage and a stipend for renting (or at least partially covering the rent of) a small unit in one of the local ski area towns nearby (Keystone, Frisco, Dillon or Breckenridge).  Downtown Denver is about 85 miles and minutes away.

Applicant must have own insurance and tools, and most importantly, think that working with a Dad and his three kids sounds like fun, as opposed to a chore.  I have some limited stick build experience, having done something similar to this when I was a kid, and will be able to provide any other tools necessary. We will be living next door to the building site.

If you are interested, please send me an email at [email protected].
