These PU SIPS look interesting, steel studs, injected polyurethane insulation and fiberglass skin.
Anyone have any experience with these or some input?

Yes ,Fred Solomon, CEO of Platinum consulted with me several times, prior to going into production with their panel system.
1. it is not a SIP, the fiberglass is a mat not a skin, it keeps the PU from sticking to the forms during the injection process.
2. the system comes in very small sections, with heavy gauge plates used to connect the sections with thousands of screws for a building
3. Their roof sections have not yet been perfected and still are in need of plywood for the roof cladding.
4. Their walls are not balloon framed, they still stack build 2 story homes
Bottom line.......... the panels are heavy, not tight at the joints (which are many) and if that was the only alternative option, I would go back to stick framing.
