There is a lot of good info here on EXPS vs EPS but I am wondering about the best placement practice. I have a slab on grade radiant heated house. I am putting EPS in and am wondering what is the best way apply it to the interior walls. The stem walls are up and most of them are tall (6 ft) and above grade. From footer to?

If you're asking where it needs to be placed, try this.

If you're asking how to attach it to the foundation prior to backfilling, walnut-sized blobs of  foam-board adhesive in a 12-18" on center pattern is usually sufficient for getting it to stick to dry concrete.
