We are installing a radiant in floor (slab ) system using the  Water Furnace Synergy 3D.  Due to the installer not having the tubing in time to meet our schedule ,  and 1/2 inch X 300 ft. which was the original spec not readily available, we are considering using  250 lengths that are available today.  We pour in 5 days !  My question is besides adding more loops to make up the difference, and changing the loop layout, what else do I need to be concerned with.  Pump GPM ? Size of GSHP?  Are there limits to how many loops on a zone.  The original called for 4 loops in the garage, and 7 in the house. The original installer says to stay 6 inches off the walls, and use a 12 inch spacing in the garage (zone 1 ), and 9 inch spacing in the living space ( zone 2 ) Garage is 1020 Sq. Ft.   Living space is 2248 Sq. Ft.  Thanks in advance.....

as long as you have balancing valves on the manifold, this should not affect anything except maybe your loop count, and it might allow you to use a lower pump setting.
