I have a 2-zone closed loop radiant system. The bigger main loop Taco pump from the boiler makes a loud noise when either zone is active, but it didn't used to. The pump for one of the zones also makes a loud noise. The pump for the other zone is quiet. Is this an indication of air in the system? What should my next step be? I'm handy and flushed the system once a year or so ago. I am attaching a couple of pictures of the system. Thanks.

No Pics

We have several buildings and on one of the systems, it requires us to oil the pump on occasion - it's the only one that needs it out of several dozens we have

Picture are now attached properly.

Chris - at least the smaller pump I have uses a sealed cartridge, so lubrication isn't an option. I'm not sure about the bigger one, but it's the same manufacturer (Taco), just slightly larger.
