Does anyone have detail on new benefits for geothermal?

I saw some discussion of this a week or two ago and if I'm not mistaken then it was supposed to be in the latest bill that was just past.  Before researching myself I want to see if the pros know and will share with the rest of us.  Thanks!

on or after Jan 1st =30%  indirect rebate ( a dallor for dallor reduction in taxes owed as opposed to a deduction )
those are for systems placed into service ( final bill ) after the job could have been in 08 but cant claim till next year

for 08 the Bush plan gives a 2000 indirect rebate that can be claimed on this years taxes

Let me know if this is the thread you were thinking of.  From what I see there the 30% indirect rebate is capped at $2k.  For my application of a retrofit with a 5 ton and 4 ton earthlinked system using high-velocity ducts (also being installed) the cost is going to be $60k to $75k.  A $2k cap won't help much.
