Someone may have posted on here already (no results from a quick search) but there is a tax credit for PA residents with installs after July 2008. I just got the paperwork from my installer but the forms for 2008 installs must be postmarked by September 15th. My install just made the July 2008 cutoff and I stand to get a credit of $2,800. Here's a link to the PA website and information. http://www.elibrary.dep.state.pa.us/dsweb/Get/Document-76004/7000-BK-DEP4256.pdf
