maybe everyone's systems are working normally ??  That would be something!  GRIN.

I have a lot of the same old crap to talk about. Examples: geo is no biggie, I read the cliff notes in the engineer book. Now the loop temp is over 120f in a commercial building, residential had no cooling-toaster was on, yada yada yada

I think Geo is more of a winter topic. Most people fear the $600 a month heating bill, not the considerably smaller cooling bill.  When the weather is nice, who thinks about there heating system? Fall is when traffic really picks up as the winter approaches.

Contractors of course are busier this time of year as well.....construction starts et al.
