Does anyone have experience with GeoSystems Geothermal Heat Pumps? See www.gogogeo.com I talked to this company today at the International Builders show and liked what I heard about factory support. Unit can also heat domestic water. I think this company has both forced air and hydronic.

Performance numbers? Are you referring to the efficiency of the units? I was told the COP was 3.6.

Yep, COP. 3.6 in first or second stage? With what unit? Open or close loop. Most 2-4 ton WF for example run around 4.1-4.2 in second stage , and 4.7 - 5.1 COP in first stage, all at closed loop systems.

I think you are likely going to put your customers more at risk if you stray off the beaten product path.

BTW,
Have your customers complained about WF or are you taking the handful of examples here to assume a trend?
Can you share with us how many homes you have spec'd WF in and the frequency of unresolved problems?
