We had a Bosch TA 035 Geothermal with wells installed in our new home construction. We chose Bosch because of the name/reputation and the fact that the systems are more quiet. Our system is do loud that you can hear it on the first floor. The system is in the basement. The system is directly under our master bath and the floor actually vibrates from the sound!! Is this normal? We read in some cases the compressor needs replaced. Could that be the problem? We don't believe it is an installation issue. The unit came with the floating base and the sound proof blanket which were both installed. Any knowledge on this system would be appreciated.

Some units have a shipping bolt for the compressor that must be removed. Are there isolation collars in the supply and return air ducts? A Geothermal Heat Pump must be isolated from vibration transmission by the duct work, electrical and plumbing.

I've had a few loud compressors. One could not be remedied without replacement.
Shaking the floor of your home makes me wonder if installer used vibration isolation (canvas connectors).
These units do not have shipping bolts to my knowledge.
