I have a Hydron Module Open Loop 3 ton unit (model H038) that is going into lockout. A few weeks ago, it started randomly locking out. It would work for a few hours, sometimes 24 hours, then lockout with a BAD DUCT SENSOR indicator. turning the power to the unit on/off would reset it and it would work for some random period of time, then lockout again with the same error. I replaced the duct sensor after getting the part number from Hydron module and then getting an HVAC guy to order it for me. It was wicked easy to replace. Problem is, I now get a lockout almost immediately and now it's locking out with the LOCKOUT DELAY code. I have no clue what LOCKOUT DELAY means. All I know is, this is the unit that controls my upstairs where we all sleep and it's like 10 degrees (F) outside. I DO have emerg. backup heat installed in it, which I'm engaging so we don't freeze to death, but I'd really like to get this fixed. I live in CT and there are relatively NO geothermal companies in CT that are familiar with this unit Hydron Module H038 (mfg and installed in 2008). Any help/advice would be appreciated.
