hi, my Climate Master Tranquil 27 has just stopped heating.... I have 2 units, both feed off the same well, and one of them is working, so i think i could eliminate the water supply as an issue.... im battling to find service support in Mass, anyone have any ideas on what could be a common problem.. thanks! Stuart

Is there a plumbing valve for each unit that opens when heat is called for? Does the unit try to start then shut off? does it run but no warm air comes out?

The CM T27 circuit board will have a flashing error code that indicates what it believes is going wrong. Remove the bottom access panel and swing out the board. There will be a number of flashes on an LED on the board, a pause, then a repeat of the flashing. Count the number of flashes and let us know what it is. I have the Technical Guide manual for that unit, as I have the 2-ton model.
