This is my first post here. My wife & I are building a green modern house in Winnipeg, MB, Canada. We are going full ICF construction and Geothermal for heat / air conditioning and pool heat.
The problem is trying to figure out what everything will cost us! The price of new construction (especially when buidling green) is easily accessible State side, yet nobody seems to document their "true cost to build" up here in Canada. For this reason, we've created a blog to document the price of new construction here in Winnipeg.
