Does anyone have a source/link to get some details for a framer that has never done this before? With 1.5" offset of an inside corner and outside corner, I assume there might need to be a change in the framing so the furring has something to screw into?

you can install a strip of plywood in liew of the strapping that is wide enough to reach back to the framing.

I assume you are referring to an outside corner. Is there anything that needs to be done for aninside corner?

An inside corner would normally be framed to support the sheathing, so there should be support for strapping. It also depends on the detail you use for the inside corner of your cladding.
