Hello All, Is there a website which provides a reference of building codes/restrictions for secondary structures (e.g. toolshed, standalone garage, etc) for residential property, aggregated by state/county? I'm aware that in most cases any covenants/restrictions for such are addressed within a lot's deed, but as a baseline reference point, would like to find a comprehensive survey of general "best practices" that might be set one or two levels up at the government level, for first-pass design perspective to be used for design & sales of standalone buildings in the broad market. Any help is much appreciated

Usually falls under City bylaws and not a building code issue, so unlikely to be anything uniform.
