I know this is a crazy question which is why there is no documentation anywhere explaining the proper way to do it.
I am building a greenhouse. Obviously there will be south-facing windows but on the other walls the interior will be concrete block to serve as a thermal sink. On the outside of this I play to use 2 inches of blueboard presumably attached with construction adhesive. Next I plan to put OSB and then stone veneer. So to recap:
ConcreteBlock | blueboard | osb | stone veneer
Questions: How many tapcons are needed to secure OSB to concrete block knowing that there will be 2 inches of foam in between and that stone veneer will be hanging on it?
Should the OSB be sitting on a foundation ledge to help distribute the weight? This seems like a bad idea because of wicking.
Thanks so much in advance.

I think that OSB in such a situation is a bad idea. Maybe replace it with metal lath.
