Hello, I want to seal a dusting concrete floor and fill a bunch of deep cracks. I believe the floor is likely gypcrete as it is on the 2nd floor of an industrial building. I have sealed a section of this floor previously with "water glass" and it leaves a greasy finish on the floor so hoping for an alternative product. Can anyone recommend a very low or no VOC product to seal this concrete floor and stop the heavy amounts of dust it gives off? My other question is if anyone has a recommendation on filling the deep cracks in the floor. The building settled after the floor was poured and the entire floor is cracked throughout. I can hear my downstairs neighbors and want to find a product that will fill these cracks with no air gaps that is also low voc. Thank you

I can't speak to the dusting, but for the cracks I've used Jet Set many times. http://www.jetsetcement.com/

It's a small company, so I'm not sure about their distribution, but they are very helpful on the phone so you can find out.
Jet Set does not shrink - it expands so it's very good for cracks.

There is also an excellent epoxy product available, of which I can not remember the name. Maybe someone here will know it.
