What is the widest Form-A-Drain (FAD) footing anyone has poured?

I am wondering if 10" FAD is rigid enough to support a 60" wide footing with reinforcing grid of #4 bar @10" OC.

Anyone poured a 5' wide FAD footing and hung a lot of steel from it?
