Hello All, We are getting ready to tear down and build our parents house in northern part of Virginia. I grew up in that old house, now my parents, with our family will be living in it. Really looking forward to it. I am glad I found this helpful and knowledgeable forum. We are trying to be more green and energy efficient, without breaking the bank.
