Does this typically go hand in hand? Is this the preferred method when building ICF? Or is it.....I hate to say it.....but being able(convience people) to charge a higher price for both jobs?? I know quite a few framers and really none of them have a clue on framing an ICF house.

Framing is framing, whether ICF or masonry or whatever. The building envelope is different and specialty items like ICFVL are used for attachments. The question is will the contractor be ICF knwledgeable and be set up for ICF and do all work or does the use of subs be preferrred.
