I am new to working with ICF construction.  I am trying to get bids on dry-in my home and I'm not sure what that includes since I don't know what steps and stages wiring & plumbing have to be done besides the pad prep. Can someone break down the step's in a dry in using ICF for me?
Thanks,
Annabelle

Dry in basically means Roof On and Windows In

A dry in or as I call it a shell contractor

Plans (either you or the contractor)
Layout
Excavation
Footings/Foundation
U/S Rough in's and slab
Floor system
Waterproofing and drain system
Backfill/rough grade
Wall System
Roof System - prior to shingles get all pentrations installed (plumbing, electrical stack (if needed), bath fans, kitchen range hood, HRV, etc. anything that is going through the roof)
Windows In

Or some deviation of the above

each contractor you deal with may have a more or less extensive list

After that you complete plumbing R.I., electrical R.I., HVAC R.I., Drywall, Trim, Paint, Flooring, Cabinets, then final trim/plumbing/electrical/HVAC and final paint touch up
