Anybody recommend an ICF contractor in the Fairfield County, CT area? Project is a three level 2000sqft ICF addition with 13 corners, attached garage w/ finished 2nd story, 1 unexcavated entrance with finished 2nd story.
I am looking for a sub to build three levels of icf from footer to second story. Ideally the sub is capable of placing the footers and the walls. I can provide all materials if necessary. Alternatively, I can provide bucks, steel, temp bracing and stacking, leaving the sub to complete final bracing and pour.
