Hey guys, I did a search and didn't see any comment on this product for ICF. TOTAL WALL is the company and they make TOTAL GUARD BWB (blulk water barrier). I know that EIFS has a bad rap. Is this still a problem product or can I use it below grade to water proof? Dimple plastic/fabric and other products look ugly above grade, they are a hassle, and there is always a problem of how to stop the water barrier and start the stucco above grade. This product may make a nice transition from below grade waterproofing to an above grade compatable product. thanks K52

Total wall is a good company but i don't have any experience with this particular product. FYI - the problems with EIFS and mold etc and virtually impossible with ICF because there is nothing to eat. Mold needs water, food and temperature and the foam provides no food. If it's a small area you might look into a close cell spray like a truck bedlinner type material.
