I have plans to build a new home in the Cincinnati area and would like to build it with ICF. I have had trouble finding contractors in my area who are experienced and install the product. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Try Holdfast Technologies -- holdfast.com

From their website:
HOLDFAST Technologies, LLC specializes in the distribution of Insulated Concrete Forms. Our staff of trained sales technicians provides superior technical support for both commercial and residential ICF construction.
Ohio / Michigan / Indiana / Pennsylvania / Kentucky

They are not an installer but are connected to many. I would ask for two or three.

Do you have an email address I can communicate with? How much is your per square foot of wall space cost? What blocks do you use? How thick are the walls? Thanks.

Try [email protected].  All the questions depend upon building design.  We can do ICF, concrete interim floors, icf roofs, geothermal, radiant, as well as several other "green build" things.
