I am in the planning phase for my new home and I have been looking for a local contractor with experience in ICF projects.  I have been researching different ICF distributers.  I've spoken to a Quad lock destributer but no one else.  Can anyone give me information about local distributers, compare companies, etc.  I also am looking for anyone local who has built with ICF as it seems to be hard to find in our area.  I live in the Greenville/Spartanburg area.  I would love to talk to a homeowner who has built locally.  Also I have talked to a few banks locally about ICF and they seem to be clueless about it.

Walt Rathbun at Innovative Building Products is a Reward icf distributor in Charleston. If you contact Buddy Hughes on the Logix website he is the local rep for them. Both are good blocks, but I'm using the Logix block due to better service. Buddy will answer any of your questions and will return calls.I feel confident that he will know a local installer.
