Am looking for the approximate square foot cost of EIFS, both of the product itself, and of the product applied (with labor).

Also, any opinions as to one company's being any better than another?

Thanks!

Where are you located? I can help you find a reputable contractor using Dryvit material.

I paid about $7/sf for Dryvit in the Chicago area in '09.  The product is sold only to certified installers, so separating the material/labor costs was pointless.  The price will vary, however, based on the chosen finish, layers of mesh, and amount of decorative detail involved.

Yeah, EIFS isn't one of those DIY types of projects unless you want the worst looking job ever to be yours.
I am a concrete construction contractor in upstate NY. We do dryvit on ICF for roughly $7-$9. Foaming gables & water management is extra.
