Hmmm  - that might answer which way we have to go then.  I am sensitive and have not found a spray foam that I tolerate even when they are cured (the flame retardant seems to offgas for a very long time) --- unless you/others have a recommendation.  I'm testing OSI Green series foam right now.

If can't find a spray foam, we'd have to fur out and run electrical behind wall.  If I can find one, we will definitely go with the Plastermax.    So ideas welcome.

Don't fur those walls out just to run electrical. If they are not yet poured, use Plastilock boxes and conduit. Otherwise, grooving the foam with an electric chainsaw and shoving the wire in that groove holds quite tighly. It isn't necessary to spray foam the groove afterward, though some people are more comfortable with that.
Details matter!

Finding the webs is not that difficult ,really. Buy a stud finder that you can adjust the depth and you'll easily find them. Have tried with drywall on with good results. Usually in 100$ range.

Yep, studfinder works great ! If you used Reward Wall it`s even better every 6`` OC tiestrips--1 1/2" wide - same strength as a 2x4 !
