I will be building an ICF house soon in North West Michigan.  I received a quote from an ICF supplier that included the bracing rental but did not include the wood planks. Is this a common practice?

I don't supply planks for my customers. If you're pouring the footing use the form boards for the planking. If your floor system uses wood use that for the basement pour planking. Use 2-2x4's with roof shaething ripped and screwed to the 2x's then take it apart and use the 2x's for interior walls and the sheathing on the roof.
