We're approx 60 miles south of Indy, and are having a hard time finding an experienced ICF builder.  I plan to start calling the companies soon to see if they have anyone in my area, but thought I might find some help here, as well.  Thanks for any leads you can give me!

Make sure you thoroughly check out the contractors you get from the companies. Don't just get one name. Get at least three to start, and I would recommend talking to at least five. You will want to talk to owners of the ICF homes they have built in the past. It is also very helpful to talk to the subcontractors who followed up on their homes; plumber, electrician, drywaller, etc.
