I have the full set of architectural and structural drawings (considering ICF). MEP is almost complete including load calculations by Energywise. Looking for an ICF sub to install walls and roof. 6500 sqft/ac total roofed area approx 10,000 sqft. Project is in Broward County FL. Interested? Please send me a private message or email. Thanks!
