So here's my idea simply put: Why not build the ground floor (not the basement floor)supported on posts before you build the ICF walls. All you have to do then is brace the ICFs against the rim joists from the outside and brace lower down for the middle of the ICF wall. Pouring is a breeze because you just walk on the floor you have already built. Once you have the ICFs up to the top of the floor you just place whatever bolts you would normally use to do a ledger supported floor through the rim joists into the ICFs.

Because I have concrete floors. One floor is around 100.000 pounds. I dont think so.

Never have done this myself, but I know of several contractors that have tried it and some like it. Although they set up the basement forms, then frame the floor inside (posting the rim board down to footing). The floor holds the basement straight and square so you just walk on top the floor to pour it and don't have to straighten anything. The only downside is possible delays if you run into bad weather. On a cold/windy/rainy day, you may be able to work on framing, but not necessarily best conditions for pouring concrete. Nice to get the pour out of the way if you have good weather, rather than pushing it back to wait for floor to be complete.

It is possible and some have tried and succeeded. It seemed work in helping keep the house square and solid.

That being said, there is a reason that 99.999999% of ICF jobs are being installed the traditional and trained way...

It would scare me. That floor system would make on heck of a sail. I don't see where you would save anytime though. I think it would take you longer to build the deck that way.
