Hi Guys, My first post here and I'm sorry for another call out thread. I'm looking to build a new home, just West or South of Indy, beginning in early 2017. I'm trying to assemble a list of somewhat affordable ICF folks from which to bid out the job when the time comes. I'm committed to building ICF for all the reasons everyone here is already intimately aware. I'm in a very similar situation as the guy in the North Texas thread. So far, I've only been able to find high-end custom builders that work with ICF. I need to try and keep my costs under $100 per sqft on roughly a 3000 sqft home (excluding lot and infrastructure to the property) and I'm beginning to lose hope. Any help or direction you all can provide would be greatly appreciated!
