I am looking for some rough pricing for Insulated Concrete Floor systems (LiteDeck, QuadDeck, Fortress, etc) in Western Canada. Need pricing on forming material only (not including labour, concrete, etc). Also, if anyone has works with one/more of these systems what are pros/cons of each brand?

I believe QuadDeck is about $5/sqft without transport. They are in Surrey, BC.
