Has anyone used this product with ICF? http://www.ispansystems.com/composite-totaljoist/ It looks like a great system and seems like it would work well with ICF (full ICF home). I am hoping to get some feedback from sites that have used this (or similar product) before pursuing this further. Also, any pricing info would be helpful (although I realize this can change from one region to the next).

looks very similiar to Dietrich Metals are you doing a concrete floor or wood with these? where are you located in the US or Canada? if US what state, looks like it would be shipping out of Canada, if your in Canada, the shipping would be cheaper but if your in the US i would think Dietrich would be cheaper, shipping cost would probably be a determining factor, i sent them some plans for a takeoff so as soon as they get back to me i will let you know.
you can connect with me at icfbuildersgroup, talk soon Bill Naegeli

This is going in a home? How big will the finished suspended floor be? Do you required thermal insulation between the floors?

This is not for a current project. I just like to keep different products in mind for future work. I was thinking this would work best for residential projects with in-floor heat on each floor (no insulation would be needed). Could also be a good fit for light-commercial/multi-story projects (product info lists spans of 40'+, along with impressive sound/fire ratings).

We are in Canada, so a Canadian product is best for us (both for shipping and current exchange rate).
