Anyone have experience with Tech Block? http://www.techblock.com/frequently-asked-questions.php Its a cement coated, EPS block. Seems like an aerated cement block with EPS beads in the mixture. With one or both sides having OSB sheathing. It looks like is an insulating CMU product. The R-Factor claims look to be a little dubious, like how other ICF manufacturers used to claim total wall performance numbers instead of just foam R-factors. Just wondering if this product has any advantages over more common ICF blocks.

Looks like a composite ICF, they have been around for a long time. Like Rastra, Amazon, Apex, Cempo. I am not a fan of the osb. Very Green. Great for stucco and plaster. Good for other masonry. What is dubious about wall performance vs R-value?Windows and doors are rated that way.
