NUDURA® CEILING TECHNOLOGY does anyone installed this product in their homes with the nudura ICF blocks? Is it worth it or is it better to say use spray foam, etc. Does it make it harder to install say recessed lighting etc in the ceiling etc. (any advantages or disadvantages to this???)
