You use the type of hook that looks like a washer with a hook tab bent on it. If it is really heavy you might want to add a thin plate under the hooked washer to spread the force out over the surface of the drywall as the crosstie is a little farther back from the drywall than a stud would be... This is the same as how you would seek out a stud to hang really heavy objects from on a stick framed wall, except the ICf crossties are typically every 8" instead of every 24" like a stud...
