We built our home and 1997 using a system known as green block. We love our basement and have never had any problem up until now. Below grade the waterproofing system is the dimple Style. Above grade, was a mesh and stucco. Recently we noticed a damp spot in the interior of one of the basement walls. When we looked outside we noticed the stucco had fallen away and the foam was exposed in an area where a concrete approach meets the exterior wall. Any thoughts on what would be the best solution 2 making sure this area is better sealed? I think the biggest problem is that the concrete approach Meets at this wall therefore moisture is prone to be in this area. We were looking into the ICF compatible brush on waterproofing system.
