Hi to everyone, First of all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. We are planning to build two new ICF houses in Wasaga Beach, Ontario. Two houses side by side, each house around 3500 sqf. We are looking for a reputable, experienced with ICF builder in this area. All preliminary drawings are ready. Scheduled construction start day April 13. In case if someone can recommend reliable company we'll be appreciated.

As I've posted quite a few times, start with a manufacturer and work backwards. You've got Amvic in Toronto. Nudura in Barrie and IntegraSpec in Kingston. Although Nudura I think is still molded in Granby, Quebec. Shipping is always a consideration. I left out Hobbs in Le Peche. I also left out Logix
