One of the best tools that I have acquired for building 12' ICF walls is a hot wire cutting table. This makes super clean cuts with no mess. The cutting wire is on a retractable guide that locks in the up position once the cut is finished, ready for the next block. Now that the walls are up and the trusses in place, I am offering to sell the cutting table, along with approximately 250 sq ft of left over ICF blocks. We are located in Central Florida on West Coast. If you're interested in more information, call for details and photos.
