One of the best tools that I have acquired for building 12' ICF walls is a hot wire cutting table. This makes super clean cuts with no mess. The cutting wire is on a retractable guide that locks in the up position once the cut is finished, ready for the next block. Now that the walls are up and the trusses in place, I am offering to sell the cutting table, along with approximately 250 sq ft of left over ICF blocks.
