Hello - I'm looking for an experienced ICF builder to build a garage / workshop project in the Caldwell, NJ area. There is an existing 1 car garage that would be torn down. I'd like to dig out a cellar underneath and have a complete ICF system all around, with a concrete deck system for the main floor + roof so that the roof could be used as a roof deck. thanks, EFYC
