Let's go with sf cost of 6" straight so Nudura can play. I will go first for the best representation in MN. A-One $3.28sf, BuildBlock $4.60 sf

Just got a Quote for Nudura and it was $5.40.. Was told their blocks are the same price from 6" to 12".. Waiting to get another quote as that price point seems ridiculously high for what it is..

Help me out guys....with such a huge spread ($2.98 to $5.40) we can't possibly be comparing apples to apples, can we?

The price spread is ridiculous and it is caused by many things, but for me I think it is caused by companies not being open with their pricing, using outdated 3rd party distribution/sales networks and not being mainstream enough. The reality is, they can charge whatever they want even though the cost to build these forms is a fraction of what they are sold for. China is starting to make forms, once they enter our market they will drive costs WAY down. Right now you can get a form on Alibaba for $1 sqft.

Difference between retail and distributor pricing ? Amounts ordered, where made, all play a part.
